- Set up of your limited company online – documents normally forwarded to you by e-mail within 48 hours:-
- Certificate of incorporation
- Articles of association
- Memorandum of association
- Form AA01
- A bound hard copy of the documents sent out by post within a week
- Set up of security details for online filing (by filing your documents online rather than by hard copy, you save money and the whole process is a lot quicker and simpler)
All for a cost of just £80.00 + VAT (this includes the Companies House standard registration fee)
Shortly after registering your company, you will receive a request for additional information from HMRC. For an additional cost of £20.00 + VAT we provide further support to complete this documentation.
